This can lead to gum and bone infections which cause local and radiating pain to the Jaw and ear and also limit Jaw opening . Even when the pain subsides there will be resultant chronic long term infection which causes bad breath and can lead to decay ,cysts or cause tooth movement to other teeth.

We utilize our in house 3D Dental CT X-Ray Scanner to safely assess your wisdom tooth proximity to the underlying nerve .

If this nerve isn’t carefully assessed prior to the tooth’s removal it may be damaged resulting in temporary or permanent numbness of your lip.

Dr Sherlock has 25 yrs experience and is gentle enough to remove your wisdom teeth in the chair . This is done painlessly and can be performed with “Happy Gas” or a light sedative if needed .
